This one is good–trust! It's the perfect combination of sweet and zesty.
I'm a huge fan of lemon poppyseed breads (scones, muffins, cakes, all of it!) so naturally, this recipe was a no brainer.

Ingredients
2 Frozen Bananas
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 tsp || Poppyseeds
1 tsp || Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp || Almond Butter
1/4 cup || Plain Greek Yogurt
Splash of Maple Syrup
Optional
0.35 oz (10 g) || Collagen Peptide (unflavored) *note: I used 1 stick of the Vital Proteins Collagen Stick (equivalent to 2 scoops)
Instructions
Add the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until thick, creamy, and smooth *note: If you would rather drink your smoothie or prefer it less thick, substitute the greek yogurt with your milk of choice (ie: oat/almond/whole/soy)
Top with fruits or granola of choice
Enjoy!
*Tips on making a thick bowl*
Add the "liquids" to the blender first *note: In this recipe, add the lemon juice, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup first
Add the frozen fruits next
Add the powders last
